if you have access to the 2014 MY technical forum, info is on slides 46~48 incl. dyno charts ( 2012, 2014 & 2014 twin cooled and 2011 CVO 110), cam duration, lift, overlap specs.
The MYTF states that the cams are "closer" the 255's specs
1/2 of the stock power gains are the cams, 1/2 is the new high(er) flow intake
and the twin cooled would allow more advanced ignition timing, and perhaps more controlled mixtures giving about 10% increase over the 2013
