Default Fork mounted wind protectors?

Anyone use these fork mounted wind deflectors on 2011 electraglide with hard lowers?

Those won't work with the lowers...these do and do a great job.

Did you have to do do anything to make them fit? I dont have a problem doing mods, just dont want to destroy them to make them fit.

Have a set on mine also. Bolted on, no fuss, no muss.
Worked as advertised and killed the air coming up between the inner fairing and front of the gas tank.

I had to make sure my lowers were adjusted all the way out. They cleared but I still made a small bend to I've a bit more clearance. They still look like new. They do a great job of blocking wind and giving a more quiet pocket of air...

They work on mine with the lowers. Just have to scoot the lowers out on the engine guard if they're not already all the way out.
