Anybody have pics of 8 inch apes installed on ultra? I want bars that stay behind the batwing and am driving myself nuts trying to figure it out. The 8 inch mb from yaffee and twin peaks from la choppers look like a good option. I'm 6ft with 37 38 sleeve and 29 inch inseem. Stock bars rant bad, but my middle back hurts on longer rides. I had 16 inch apes on my roadking and they hurt my shoulders on long rides.

I know Paul Yaffe has 8" Monkey Bars. He might have a picture on his sight. I know he did for the 10, 12, and 14" to give you a ideal of wear your hands would be.
Wow those 9's look perfect. What brand are they? What is the pullback on the bars? Do you get full wind protection from fairing or do they stick out to much on the sides?
This is where I got them they are the street sweepers http://www.brcustomcycles.com/Bagger_Bars_FRB6.php
Its warm where I live so I have not not noticed a problem with wind on my hands. One thing is you will need to add mirrors because the stockers are useless with these bars. They can make them to your specs for you same price.
