Do yourself a favor and jump on both, then you won't be kicking yourself in the tail all summer wishing you had!
I would tend to agree. You can paralyze yourself and do nothing by analyzing this crap forever. Many do. The HD kit is very good, is it gonna be the best kit out there? Depends on who you ask. For many it's perfect. For others, it's not.
At that price it should come with the Screaming Eagle Pro Super Tuner. The dealer is NOT going to tune it, he will download the corresponding map developed by HD for that kit. If later on you feel that the bike is underperforming or whatever, then search around for a good dyno tuner.
Excellent price for a Chrome front end out the door...I am assuming out the door means oil and seals. The chrome front end was the first thing I had done on my SGS before I picked her up. My dealer offered me comparable pricing and I went with it!
Went with chrome frontend on my 1st and last 2 Harley's. The middle 2 I did not and if you plan to keep it longer than 7 years or so you will learn why my last 2 went chrome. The clear turns yellow chalk on the right leg where it points to the sun when parked. You and everybody walking up on it will see that after the first few years.
Just had Chrome front end swapped on 2014 Limited stock already pitting and visible. Labor free warranty sliders $218.00 per side upgrade price walked out the door around $450.00 all in. Let the front end tarnish and pit warranty will pick up the labor and only charge for upgrade parts on any Factory Warranty... Have had it done on last two bikes, 2011 Limited pitted at about one year $275.00 chrome upgrade charge.

My dealer told me I need to change my muffler and head. I don't know much about muffler or head . Telling me the power duals monster rounds and bassani muffler need help before I pull the trigger.

So your saying you are completely stock and your dealer advised you to change from stock to power dual head pipe and some bassani or monster round slip-on mufflers? Is that in order for you to be able to get the most out of the stage 4 kit? Not a bad combination, plenty of others out there but that would sound really well with the stage 4.
