Hey Guys,
Im preparing to order quite a few items...
-Power Vision
-Cams
-Handlebars
-Air Cleaner
-Exhaust
And maybe a couple other items I might be forgetting. My question is, of all of the aftermarket dealers, which is the best for price since I'll be spending a hell of a lot anyway?
I've been looking at Direct Cycle Parts. They seem to have everything there. Any better ideas??
Accept for the power vision your list is to generic to really point you in the right direction. If you had a better idea of what brands you are ordering for some of the items then you might have better luck getting pointed in the right direction.
From: Orig Surfers Paradise Australia, then Riyadh Saudi Arabia, Tokyo, Toronto, now So Cal
I too have been "collecting" alot of the parts on your list, and a few more.
Lately, Ive used; Fuel Moto - brilliant company with stellar customer service (PCV - free canned maps for life - fast turnaround on maps, Pipes, Exhaust) Kutter Harley parts online - great prices and good selection of HD parts - oh and Progressive Monotube's were the cheapest I could find online! Phat Performance - got Andrews 48H cams for $210 (ish) delivered with promo code over Xmas(!)
Eastern Performance - excellent service, $'s, and lightning fast deliveries (KST Mayhem Apes) HD parts Huntington Beach - excellent customer service, got my clutch cable extension and polly bushings there for my Apes Dennis Kirk - This one's hit and miss, but you can jag a good deal every so often if you check regularly.
My suggestion is to spend a night in front of your pc with a note pad and pen, search different sites, write down the parts available at each and the price. You'll soon develop a feel for where best to order certain bundles from. Use several sites for the list of parts, some have better deals than others, mix and match your list, most offer free shipping, you'll be fine - and furthermore, you'll be surprised at how much you can save.
Remember every $ you save = more gas, filters and oil to ride further!!!
Good luck Mate!

Well, Im not exactly fixed on cams and exhaust yet. Im thinking the V&H Drak air cleaner though. Im thinking S&S cams, I need to give them a call to see exactly what I want. As for exhaust...Right now I have stock header with some RC Component slip-ons. I want to go with black exhaust. Thinking about V&H there too. Unless anyone has suggestions....this is my first Harley. I ride a '13 RG by the way.

Might want to check M&M cycle for your exhaust and ac, I've had real good luck on similar items with them in the past as far as price and customer service.
I found the PCV, and V&H power duals with monster rounds cheapest at Fuel Moto. After searching the net for 3+ weeks to get the best price.
I know what ya mean. The PCV can be found on Ebay pretty cheap. But when you factor in consolidated shipping, FM might be the way to go. My big deal is deciding on what cams/push rods to get to be sure I'll be happy with the bike when Im done.
I have almost finished my winter project almost all u listed my handle bars along with bushings came from phat performance. Cables and wire extension from ebay, s&s551 cam from amazon, pclll from fuel moto, pushrodz from amazon, rinehart true duals from eastern performance hope this helps
