The guy I buy Amsoil from told me that when amsoil came out with the synthetic for harley engine was because HD went to them and asked them to do a synthetic oil for harley engine but decide to not buy from amsoil because it come out to be a few dollar too expensive.

Amsoil has been making oil a lot longer than harley has been recommending synthetic. Can you imagine pouring 10 dollar a quart oil into a shovel? You might as well just skip the engine and just pour it on the ground!
Syn Amsoil for all the right reasons. Pay now save later and over time. Seach it and there's all the info you need in these forums. It's funny how people respond like their time shouldn't be wasted yet they respond anyways. It takes less effort to help a brother and it comes back to you.

Hell I use Mobil 1 V-twin 20/50 and only change once a year regardless of mileage in all three holes.
Now, who all uses regular air in their tires and who uses nitrogen? Which runs cooler and makes your tires last longer?
