I always liked a shinny black harley against chrome. I feel you can never go wrong. I ordered my Street Glide special in gloss black for delivery in the begining of March. The dealer has 6 colors lined up side by side and I got to say the amber whiskey really stands out and the deep red is nice also.
I hate the Liberace blue metaflake just gaudy.

I feel a black and chrome harley is just classic and never tiring

I would like to hear opinions of others

Black is the only colour I will own but that's just my 2 cents.

I agree black is a safe color for a HD, never gets old and always looks good. On the other hand they are everywhere and part of the HD experience is making it stand out and personalize it. I went with Charcoal Pearl to be different without being to loud. The Merlot looks good in the sun but I'm not a big fan of red Harley's.

 

You and 8 out of 10 riders would agree. Had one black Harley... never again. Shows dirt, every scratch and nick!

 

Been there done that I needed a change........... That's why I bought this one in a different color.

 

Black is a great color, but after owning 4 black bikes in a row, if I ever buy another, it likely won't be black.

 

Black who the eff buys a black Harley O that would be me always liked the black easy to buy mods for too.
