I started this thread to see if anyone has used this stuff - and I have been on the forum for a couple years.

I AM NOT PROMOTING THIS IS ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM.

But, I've been using a couple small freebie spray bottles, and this $hit look nice!!!!

Normal routine was windex on chrome / pledge on fiberglass / HD spray cleaner / etc......

This BUGSLIDE - SO FAR - looks good on everything - any does leave a fairly low COF on the surfaces (coefficient of friction).

I LIKE IT SO FAR - just my OPINION.

Now if it only came in kegs.

I would welcome some feedback from some "experienced" forum members who have used it. I primarily use the Honda Spray polish and cleaner on everything, andpledge on the windshield when it's real buggy.

I will need a little more feedback before Ilay out the kind of money Bugslide costs.

Wow, that is expensive stuff.

Just throwing out an alternative. S100 Special Surfaces Cleaner, seems to work on the same type of material (*edit*never mind, i see that the bugslide is for painted and chrome surfaces, also.) $10 @ the dealer for a small 10oz bottle, but a little goes along way. I've tried it and works great on the fairing and windshield.

Planning on throwing it into my bag for trips with a microfiber cloth.

Upon further inspection, i guess it works out to the same price. But at least I've heard of S100.

Just throwing it out there...

Spray on Pledge (not the lemon one) works just fine, is cheap and available. Turtle Wax Quick Shine spray is good too. Ive been on bikes since 1972.

How do you feel about $.50 for a 16 oz. bottle? Try hrydrogen peroxide. I keep it in a spray bottle and hit the windshieldwith itmaybe once a day in riding season. Ittakes the bugs right off. No I'm not the dealer!

Wonder if it works as good as Pledge wipes???
Very hard to beat a damp cotton "rag" in the removal of bugs.

Dampen a cotton rag, let sit for 30-40 minutes. Remove and if any lingering, wipe off.

Price is right and it works!

I use the Honda Polish. It comes in a black can. The stuff is great, spray it on and wipe to a shine. Take the bugs off the fairing with ease. Lots of guys "claim" they never use water on their bike, only the Honda polish. In between wax jobs this stuff is great for a quick shine. And a lot cheaper then the Bugsh*t remover.

I bought some BugSlide at a rally last year. Its good stuff, but its not like its a miracle cleaner or anything like that. Some of the other products mentioned on here work good too, IMO.
