Default license plate lighting

I want to relocate my plate below the tail light ob an 09 ultra. Has anyone used these:
"Street FX Bolt-FX ElectroPods White LED Lighted Bolt Kit"? They only cost a few dollars, but wonder if thats exactly how they look..."cheap".
Anyone have any other relatively inexpensive ideas on ways to do this?

alot of us use a road king signal bar:

the lighted bolts are ok, but you have to figure out how to hide the wiring

finda road king guy who is use a street glide or custom rear light...I think I paid about $75 incl. lens

I used a soft brake license plate bracket with a Custom Dynamic LED license plate frame. There is a row of 6 LED lights above the plate to light it. I think the total cost was about $75.00.

I changed my EG lights to Street Glides and made a bracket for a LED lit curved plate that mounts to my bumper mount bolt so it hangs below fender

I haven't used those LED bolts, but did get an LED plate frame...

I hacked-up the U-shaped OEM bracket that the plate mounts to, and made it into more of an 'L'. I had a tab welded on, so it could be attached where the saddlebag rails bolt-up.

Wiring runs through the bracket, so it's all hidden, and the 'layback' plate mount from H-D is at the same angle as the bags.

Wasn't a ton of money, and it's something different from what everyone else is running...

I have an Ultra so here is how I wired the LED plate frame. After I unpluged the tour pack lights and removed the tour pack I used that plug to plug in the LED plate frame. I got a connector just like what was on the tour pack and attached that to some wire. After plugging the connectors together I attached the other end to the LED plate frame. Custom Dynamics sells wire connectors that you just stick the wires in each end then just screw together. I forgot to mention I ran the wires inside of small clear tubing and then zip tied on the inside of the bag rail where it's not seen unless you are really looking for it. I chose to go this way so I could put everything back to stock if I decide to trade or sell my bike. I know a lot of guys just connect the wiring in the tail light. I personally try not to cut, splice or drill anything on my bike if I can keep from it. I think if I understand correctly the Roadking lightbar will just plug in. That would be the direction I would have gone if I would have done it a different way. My setup has worked great so far, hope this helps.
