Thanks,Chrome lower legs will be next. I like this setup. The dealership has demo windscreens i will check out.
Brykwil,
Who's mirror's are those? Fist time I've seen them.
Also if your running 14" Vindikta's a 7" - 8" shield should to the trick I run the 16" Vindikta's and needed a 8.5" - 9" or higher shield to get the look balanced back out to my liking.
LRS is currently having 25% off sales just use the code: 25k if your interested.

BikeMaster Diamond Spike Mirrors, good quality for $27.00 each. They look better than more expensive mirrors I've seen & compliment the sharp angles on the Apes. I got them from Cycle Gear. Thanks for the LRS code.

Thanks again,I went with 8". Payed 79.99 shipped to my door. I usually switch to the stock clear on my long rides so maybe this 8"dark will be a happy medium.

Glad I could help spend your money!
Your choice should do the trick, work great and look good too boot.
Now should we chrome the front end or powdercoat the bells and legs to match the color of the bike....hmmmm.
Lol,it's only money you can't take it with you. After you brought it up I stared at it for a while and got your point. Now I'm second-guessing the mirrors, thinking fairing mounted mirrors, not a fan of the side view of the **** the mirrors sit on. I'm thinking chrome lower legs to complement the bars & the front end because i'm running that stock street glide wheel, I think it will be a nice balance of chrome.
FYI,i think it looks good with no windshield. Summer time i will be going shieldless.
No sure on the shield-less look but maybe your on to something......
I'd wait until "after" you mount that LRS and then decide on the mirrors etc. I found that with the right height windshield it made a huge difference in the visual flow and lines after changing the bars to apes. As long as the top of the shield is slightly higher then the mirrors highest point everything will look a lot more balanced and symmetrical.
Once I got mine to that point it was a huge relief, you'll see. ;-)
3 of my Road Glide buddies took it for a spin and said they love it. It's nice to have options. I'm hoping my new windscreen is just tall enough to cover the bars, definitely not the top of the mirrors. Some pics of stock 10" windshield with mirrors mounted below. I like this mirror setup better.
