I have some o rings here if you want one. Just let me know and PM me your address. Who installed the axle? I also work very closely with renegade and would bet if you call and talk to Amanda that she would send you a new o ring.
Thanks for the offer. Very kind of you.
I installed the axle myself. I have done all the work on my bike.
Both times I called Renegade I spoke with a guy, can't remember his name. I'll give them a call and ask for Amanda, the replacement O ring should be on Renegade.
It hasn't been a big deal or I would have persued it a little more agressively. I guess I need to get it corrected because next time I remove the axle that O ring will be toast.

My pleasure helping out. Companies can be hit and miss sometimes and if you do not know who to talk to it can be hassle. I hope you get what you need. The offer still stands. I have plenty of o-rings here.
I was having the same types of problems with the O-Ring. I ended up putting the end cap in the freezer over night makes everything shrink up a little bit. I then lubed the O-Ring. Made the install a lot easier. Hope that helps anyone that is looking to do the Renegades or that type of Axle Kit.
i did one of those on my last bike, but also replaced the cap with a klock works piece, just cleaned it up even more, got rid of those castle nuts, both sides match now
