any suggestion you might have would be great

Spend the extra money $300.00/ $400.00 and go out and buy a SHARK EVOLINE modular helmet check them out at Revzilla.com the chinbar folds all the way back out of the way and now you have a 3/4 helmet with a dark inner sun shield or clear outer face shield I have had one for 3+ years and it is great. Don't be cheap with your head.
If you like the look of the harley brand helmets , look at HJC, same helmets, but $50 cheaper.
I would avoid Bilt helmets at all costs. Every bilt item I've ever owned fell apart or broke within a year. I don't trust them. If they can't even make a decent pair of gloves,I can't imagine their helmets being safe
Last fall I picked up a "Bilt" Modular helmet from Cycle Gear.
They sell all kinds of high dollar helmets there too and they are always on sale.
My Bilt helmet has top vents, front vents, aviation drop shades and a air protection scarf (not sure of name, but keeps cold air out) for the $$$ I am very stoked with this lid, very comfy too.
It was a $200.00 lid for 1/2 off. Like mentioned before me, always a sale going on a a good warrantee to top it off.
They even have blue tooth helmets from many different companies too.
You can never have enough helmets. My collection is now complete from turtle shell, DOT 1/2 helmets, DOT 3/4 helmet, and now the modular helmet,
Regardless of which brand or model you buy, please go to a brick & mortar store and try them on. Try on several of the same size in the same line but different colors. I have found variations on sizes even though they were the same size on the labels. Some brands Large is a Medium in another brand, and XL in yet another. So do yourself a favor and spend some time trying on in a store that has a variety of brands.
Try every helmet you can get on your head for size. Then check for ventilation to remove heat and moister. I have a problem with the heat I expel from my head, the face shield fogs up if I close the led to cool weather. There some helmets that have a nose pieces to exhaust the steam from fogging up the shield. I'm also looking for a helmet that remove the heat & steam in a full face.

I want an evoline. I will have one by next winter. I have been looking at this helmet for a while now.
It's all about the fit - Ari was uncomfortable and Shoi fit great, but when I switched to modular, my favorite helmet is now the Scorpion EXO 900 modular/convertable. Fit's great, rarely fogs, air flow is very good, the pump is a nice feature and is sub $200 - feels great. Here is an example link scorpion_exo+900+modular+helmet
