have all the wires ran and am to the point of adding the extensions here's where my questions is.. U basically add a female to a male molex and the heat shrink.. to me that doesn't sealed too stable.. they don't click or lock so pretty much I'm just supposed to rely on the shrink to keep them connected!??
If you use the supplied heat shrink tubing, the connections are not going to separate. Once all the wires are wrapped, use the larger shrink tubing to shrink wrap them all together.
I'll finish it tomorrow all the wire color r blending together.. already made a black to a black/red.. I'm also seeing a red yellow women on the right side that I don't see and extension for.. Dnt even see it in the wiring diagram

They may not separate but I have had a pin break in the connector while I was pulling wires...I would cut and solder. I do them all that way now...

I just did mine a bit ago and I cut and soldered all the wires. There was one wire I think it was the yellow red that was wrong for what I had. and they had 2 extra that were for the Push to talk I don't have. I cant remember what my wire color was but ended up using the yellow red for it all other were matches. I have it written down in my shop just cant remember off hand.
