many do on the way to buying exhaust designed around the principles of physics.
random exhaust volume and velocity gets random results.
if you try this, remove the mufflers from the bike before altering them, some try drilling/hammering/banging with mufflers mounted and the stresses transfered to the header pipes can cause leaks or cracks
