I took that adjustable one back as well. I bought the CVO fixed mount pad. Looks great and I never have to move it. Seems to be right where it's supposed to be.

I'm only 42, but after 20yrs in the Army..my body is about 62. My C spine is all screwed up and sidelined me for a while. I tried everything from pain management to you name it. My C spine was hitting the nerve that runs down my arm and to my two small fingers. My entire arm was numb/sleep and my hand. Well, I found a physical therapist who was a life saver. She had me doing movements to help push my spine back into alignment and she had me doing exercises to strengthen my neck/shoulder muscles. Lastly, she watched me like a hawk and said my posture was all screwed up. Well, I'm alot better now. I still do the movements, exercises, and I watch my posture like a hawk. My C spine is still degenerative...but the movements are helping to push it back into alignment...which has reduced the pressure on that nerve. All of that to say...if you can find a good physical therapist, it may help some.

Glad you are making good progress with your PT!! I've tried many chiropractors and they were worthless. I've found stretching is the best to keep it at bay but I'm not consistent with stretching. My wife keeps telling me to go to yoga and swears that will fix it. I just can't seem to fit into yoga pants.

Chiropractor didn't work for me. PT is different. I used sports PT and it was mostly stretching and as u said--that works best
