anybody ran these and have feedback from your passenger? my girl complains that ler legs arent conmforable on the new bike. not sure why its different but i saw these while shopping for driver extensions. didnt find anything by searching on here
I have them for myself and my passenger. Wife never complained about foot position. I also added the Kury passenger adjustable pegs and she uses them too.
so what do you have for her to rest her feet on now. (can't really tell by pic in your sig). do you just have the stock foot pegs or have you installed some passenger floor boards? I put passenger floor boards on for my girlfriend and they are somewhat adjustable (3 different mounting holes). but for the best option out there, go with the Kury adjustable passenger peg that Ohioflhs mentioned. my girlfriend saw them on a bike this year and is wanting them on our bike now.
Interesting extension.
The lady I've been dating stands less than 5 feet tall. The standard-height footboards were just too low for her. I added the HD extended-reach passenger footboard mounts 50789-99B.
Stock, the footboards are the height of the lower railing on the saddlebag guard. These raise the passenger footboards to the height of the upper decorative railing, about 2-1/2 inches.

yes i have the stock pegs. i have the 3 holes to choose from. i have tried to use all 3 but none really seem to help. wont put floorboards on there. i hate riding a bike w/ them. she has asked for them since my street glide. not happening lol
Get some take off footboards and switch when she wants to ride, it is only 1 bolt per side. Easy as pie. I have both types for my scoot and used to switch them but the stock footboards without any chrome crap on them are a matte finish and kind of blend in to the background when folded up.
The pegs do look better though.

i have thought about doing that. i just hate riding with them it seems they get in my way all the time. backing up and pretty much any time i put my feet down. i prob would get used to them with more time though. i need to start watching the for sale section i guess
So overall the boards would be about or just under 2" wider. 1" each side. I can tell you it is more comfortable to have the footboards dig in your calf than it is the pegs.
