No need to do anything. Most air ride systems have a lowered height of between 9 3/4 to 10.25 or so. No need to do anything. I like to ensure that my bars are turned to the left. There are other options besides Legends as well. Arnott has some nice systems and has a good warranty as well. There is also the new highly coveted Shotgun Shock out there.

If you just lower the rear you do not need to change the kickstand, however if you also do a progressive suspension in the front lowered you may want to lower that kickstand. I have a legend kit and I think it cost $1500.
