Default Choosing Single Disc 21" Wheel

I'm looking put a 21" wheel on my 98' FLHTC. I want to get new calipers cause the old 90s single pots are ugly. I'm on a budget so I figured I'd do a single disc setup to cut down on costs since I'll only be buying 1 6 Piston caliper instead of dual 2 pot calipers and the single disc wheels are cheaper. My only question is will the single disc wheels fit on a bagger? Bare in mind the bike is a 98 so I need a wheel with pre 00' 3/4" wheel bearings. This is one I found I really like, but I don't know if it'll work on my bike as spacing is concerned cause it doesn't specifically say it'll fit touring bikes. Plz help quick I want to get this before someone else does if it'll work since it's so cheap.
