HELP with wheel fitment
Hey guys i was wondering if someone could help me out?I just picked up a 2000 FLSTF FatBoy,I want to know if i can run a dual disc front rim on it since the FB is only a single disc?Not sure if the dual disc rim would work on a single disc bike.Thanks

What wheel are you wanting to run? I don't personally know the answer to your question but if I were in the same place as you I'm trying to think of where I would go (other than this forum) to get answers. Might call up a wheel mfg and ask the difference between the two, single vs. Dual disk. I've only ever messed with dual disk wheels. I would think you would have to use the right spacers and maybe you would want something to cover the unused disk bolt pattern on the one side. I can't imagine something like that hasn't been done a million times. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

Thanks for the reply.Any help is appreciated.The wheel is off a Heritage.I know i will probly have to change the bearings and spacers but im just not sure about the wheel being setup for dual dice.But after looking around i think they sell a hub cap i can put on it and it should work.Thanks
