Sound and performance. Looking at their website I see they make a 2 into 1 w&wo the false left mufflerand a true dual system. Anybody running either of these? Thanks

I use the mufflers on Vance and Hines true dual headers and love the sound. Rich Bros. dual system uses part of the stock pipes. Have higher torque curve with this settup. Dynoed at 75 hp/89 tq.

I love mine. Yes they are loud. Engine mods make them even louder, so if you like your exhaust loud then the Thunderheaders are for you.

Oh AndI can tell the difference when entering the freeway. I can catch up with the flow of traffic. Compared with the stock I always fell short. That's my opinion!

My brother has the Thunderheader 2 into 1 on his FLHPIwith Thunderheader's fake pipe on the left side. I just helped him ride it from Nevada to Washington State last week and I was surprised how mellow it was at highway speeds. It's loud if you whack it but pretty pleasant at a steady speed. He also has a Power Commander, SE Stage I intake, and SE 203 cams. Runs plenty strong!

Love my Thunderheader 2-1 (no falsee pipe). Sounds good (as LowriderFXRS said, it's loud when you get on it, but mellow on the highway), performs good. I personally think it looks good too, but the T'Header look is definately one that has to grow on you!

They also have a true dual 2-2 Thunderheader out now for touring bikes.....haven't heard anything about them performance wise though....
