I didn't extend the wires, and moved the plug-ins to under the radio. It works that way, but I would probably extend them and route the wires to the stock location next time.
There is no issue with the brake line, the stock line is fine.
Go +4 on the clutch cable so you don't have to do any goofy routing to get the stock cable to reach.

The mirrors are some cheap ones I found on ebay, but they are great.
