Ok. I have found a set of hard bags from a 2008 EGC that are painted Crimson Red Sunglo and my 2000 RKC is painted with Luxury Rich Red. To my eye, they look the same from the online pics even with the same orange and silver pinstripes but I have looked everywhere I can think of online to see if they are the same color just renamed by the MoCo. I found nothing but conjecture and am frustrated. I want these bags but I need to make sure that they will match my tins. Can anyone verify one way or another?

try the colorite website, try each model using the touch up paint color match finder thingy

if they both come up the same number, then you win.

if the shades are off a tad, you may be able to disguise that with the use of an added pinstripe to draw the eye.


the sunglo paints use a gold micro flake rather than a silver, so the reflection has a warm yellowy tone
