Ricaroo,

Back when I had my softail I bought the same type of setup. Didn't like the front of the passenger seat coming so far forward (& high). When I leaned back a little the thing dug into my back (I'm 6-1 so I pushed back as far as possible for leg room). Ended up exchanging the passenger seat for the cut back style which worked out great. Also, with that set-up you can also get a backrest if and when you want (can'tdo that with the 75460 back seat).

I like the idea of being able to go from passenger to solo real quick.

Nice looking seat. Hope you like it.

Peace,

I just installed a Mustang Solo on my Street Glide. I am very happy with both the looks and ride. Their quality is also very good. It is a much different ride than the stock seat. I have not been able to do a long ride with it yet though.

Ride Safe,

Mike

I bought the Mustang solo also with the adjustable / removable back rest its great, there is a velcro slot it slides into for 5 differant hights and the back is adjustable also for lumbar support
The 2 great things about it is you get up and it leans forward flat covering your seat works great for those hot summer days not to burn your a$$ when the bike has been sitting in the sun, the other thing is it pulls out and you can toss it into your bag if you dont want to use it.

Is your main motivation the solo seat? Their one-piece Regal has 17" for the front, 16" for the back and has the slot for the backrest. One-piece is always less dough than the 2 separates.

That's the same setup I have and I'm really pleased with it. My riding partner really likes the width and excellent cushioning of the passenger pillon.

ricaroo.... I have the same one, only w/rider backrest. It's GREATNESS, but I sure enjoy the backrest. It's a WHOLE different bike when I take the backrest off....

Will a power commander still fit under the seat?

I do have the deep tray and have plenty of room with the stock seat.
