Just had a buddy by a cvo limited and he put exhaust, bars and some other do dads...63,000.00 at Simi Valley Harley..yeah someone will always buy something. I think its crazy but it's all relative on how much you make.

wow. just wow. thats at least three motorcycles i would have in my garage for that money.
Well, I admit a bit of envy for someone who has the disposable income to drop $42K on a motorcycle. I couldn't afford it myself and would never finance a motorcycle. If I can't buy it in cash, I won't even consider it. It's a matter of priority, though. Most people could finance a CVO, but it wouldn't be wise. I wouldn't want a $600 monthly payment on top of a mortgage, truck payment etc.. For me, a motorcycle is a luxury recreational/sport item, not a neccesity.
Which leads to the point -- this kind of bike isn't target towards someone like me or the average Joe buyer out there. They are going after the high roller. There are enough folks out there who would look at spending $46K on a motorcycle as chump change. It's all a matter of perspective. Someone who is in deep poverty might think I was nuts for spending $10K on a Super Glide.
