Front Brake Fluid Level

Front Brake Fluid Level
I searched first but couldn't find an answer. How high in the sight glass should the fluid be? do you look holding bars straight and bike upright or on jiffy stand and bars turned left. I see fluid but it is at a pretty low level.

Turn the front wheel towards the left fork stop until the master cylinder reservoir is level.
Remove the cover from the reservoir. Check that the fluid is level with the step marked "Max" inside the reservoir. BE CAREFUL TO COVER EVERYTHING SO AS NOT TO GET BRAKE FLUID ON ANY PART OF THE SCOOTER !!!
