Default Got a few mods done today

Well it was raining today so I finally decided to install the lowering brackets (went with the 1" drop hole) and the Radio Shack siren today on my 04 Electra Glide. Both went on pretty easy and I got some much needed polishing done as well. Had all my fluids changed to synthetic the other day so I am ready for riding season to start. That little siren is pretty loud, I was actually surprised...nice $7 mod!!! The 1 inch drop I think made a huge difference on the feel of the bike; I was already flat footed but that extra inch just seems to feel better. I will report back the next time I get to ride and let everyone know if I can tell any difference in the ride quality.

Went for a ride on Saturday and really like the extra 1" drop. Feels good to be better planted. I did not notice any difference in the ride and neither did my wife. The lowering brackets worked like a charm. The alarm install was easy too!

Nice!! Congrats in the mods. It's the little things that separate your bike vs all the others.

What lowering brackets did you use?
