Aren't you a little young to be riding?!?!

Argh, I forgot about getting lube inside the tire, typical soap it up installation could easily clump the beads. I use No Mar lube, from the folks that make No Mar tire changers, dries to a hard film, like the stuff on the side of a pan after you've boiled noodles, and wait a day before putting any beads in. That might be an advantage to that Ride-On stuff, don't imagine a bit of soapy water would mess up a liquid balancer.

Also, there have been tires that require more than 2 ounces of weight for balance. If your Indy can find the required weight, that might explain the problem.

The yellow dot on the tire is NOT aligned with the valve stem. You guys think this alone could be the source of the problem?

What beary said. Since you're taking it in anyway, you may find out that the wheel is just way out of balance.

It may well be. After my initial experience with Dyna beads I will try the Ride-On the next time. I like the idea of punctures being sealed, especially when traveling, but it is a problem anytime. I do inspect my tires periodically for nails or screws that are in the tread, this would be important with Ride-On as from what I understand it is not a permanent fix.
