I hate to disagree but it does not take a electrical degree to ad on components. I have added relay's that are controlled by adding switches where the blanks are on the 14 to operate heated grips, heated seat, Garage door opener and next will be LED lights. Its not that difficult just using the schematics in the service manual.
When I 1st tried the rears, the bulbs flashed, but the dash turn signal inidcators flashed double-time. As I plugged the fronts in, the speed went back to normal.
I installed Custom Dynamics "Dynamic Ringz" in my Limited at Daytona. Then the turn signal indicators on the dash blinked really fast. Custom Dynamic folks said to turn on the four way flashers for two minutes. It worked. The four way flashers for two minutes somehow got the can-bus straightened out and the dash turn signal indicators started blinking at the proper speed.
