So I have some scuffs/scratches on on the top of my rear fender right behind the end of the 2-up seat. What should I do to remove them or cover them up, cheaper is better.[:@]

 

A lot will depend on how deep they are. If they are just surface scratches, it's pretty easy. Get some polishing compound. Like 3M finesse-it at an auto body supply. DO NOT use anything coarser. This should do it. If they are deeper, you might need to sand prior to polishing. Get some 2000 grit paper and use it with water. It'll turn kind of milky, then polish it. Just don't sand too far. Just take your time, you'll be OK.

 

Do I need an electric buffer for this??

 

if they are fine swirls,,, get colored wax to match your bie,,,try a wax called ICE

 

The one looks like a boot scuff.

 

well then,,, try shoe polish
