Default Interchangeable parts.

Can anyone tell me if seats and tour packs off a Road King can be put on a Street Glide without much of a problem?

Not sure about the tour pack, but sometimes when going from a Road King to a Glide, the seat will sit back a couple of inches from the tank strip. Harley sells an insert for about $30 that fills the gap. http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...ltr-trim-piece

Welcome to the Forums

in general, the touring bikes of the same year share major components.

the differences being how much plastic is hanging off them, radios, wheels and badges.

parts of same year bikes swap around pretty easy.

even more generally, parts post 2009 swap around, parts 2008 and earlier swap around, with the exception of 2008 seats are kinda one year only.

if you can rephrase the question with year/model info you can get a better answer.

I put a seat from a 2002 Road King on my 2006 Street Glide with no problem.

I wonder if the OP means saddlebags, not tour pack(s).

The 4 point docking is the same so it will fit.
