After skimming thru the 1st 6 pages of this post I jumped to the end (10th page) to simply say I now realize how long winter has been this year & the toll it has taken. Hope you guys feel better soon -

so as long as you don't live within the city limits it would be ok then? Because by definition you can't be a RUB if you live in outside the city/town limits.
