Rub
I suppose it is all relative.
My rat shovel riding buddies say i am rich because I have a later model bike-2004
Other friends with ricers or whatever think we are rich because we can have a harley.
Their non bike owning friends think they are rich because they actually have a bike.
Who really cares ?? It is all fun to banter about but as long as you are on 2 wheels who GAF? I mean every motorcycle raises awareness for all of us so it is all good.

How do I remove my cat, do I need a tuner, what handlebars for a road king, will this seat fit, best small helmet, real bikers do....
:-) I have started threads on each of these for the record.

I don't know where you guys are finding these RUBs, but I can honestly say I have never met one. Everyone I know who rides, hangs out at the dealership or bike night, are really into their bikes & are not RUBs. Even my dentist up north was a wild man on his FXR Candy Glide. I kept his bike running well, & he kept my teeth in good health; both for free. And, yes...I have ridden my bike to Starbucks,(once, & a cop told me to get it off the sidewalk) and I ain't rich, I live in the country, & don't consider myself a biker. Even the rich guys I know who ride are not posers.
I think the RUB thing is mostly a myth.
