I got a scorching deal on some NEW 2014 103 cams and lifters. I know I am going to hear "I would have done this, or that, with these cams or this one". However, I have had other bikes and put the big cams in and Honestly didn't care for the noise in the top end,(I know, Yours are quiet) ;-) I missed the fuel mileage more than enjoyed the power. I figured these are factory cams the 2014's run well and the top ends are quiet. They get decent mileage.
Bike is 1/2 tore up on the lift.
Am I way off base? I have a Vision tuner.
You're not off base if you want stock performance of a 2014 bike. Looks like you already have the stage 1 done so you'll have 85ish hp and 105ish tq when done.
I think Fuel Moto posted some of the 2014 numbers, stock and with a stage 1 done. You can benchmark your results against what they posted.
I would not go to all the trouble to install cams and do a retune and yet use medicpcre cams just to save the cost of the cams. And yet..to be stuck with EPA compliant cams. Just my opinion, but going to that trouble I would pick something better. Again...just my $.02.

Thanks for your input, read my post, I knew there would be a you ;-) I have some reasons. And if you look at the cam specs they are hazardously close to yours. (255)
