Custom Dynamics LED Issue
Belt sander worked great for me to get the lenses back in tight. Just hold the face side of the lens while GENTLY sanding off a small amount of the prongs on the back side of lens. Plenty of extra material just don't take to much. Take a little off test fit and see if a little more needs removed. Cannot comment on the radio interference, i didn't have that.
Make sure the LED is pushed in far enough. My rears fit pretty snug and I had to push them in a bit further. My lenses wouldn't go on all the way until I pusheded the LED board in slightly.
The static is the equalizer. I'd try moving the ground to the negative battery terminal or didn't frame ground. I have no issues with mine directly to the battery.

A word of caution... if any moisture gets in those lights and on the circuit board, the lights are going to fail and quickly. Make sure the lenses are sealed. Put the screws in after dipping them in electrical grease. Add a small rubber O ring to the screw as well. Moisture KILLS LED's.
