I think the Road Glide will be back but, unfortunately, probably water cooled. The Electraglide Standard sales dropped off after the Streeglide hit the market; too bad not enough market share for both as the EG Standard was a great and versatile bike.
The Deuce may have been dropped and, I guess it could be classified as experimental, but it has not really gone. The Deuce has morphed into the Rocker and the Rocker into the Breakout.
Yes but just the same they are gone and the RG may be also.
That just could be the case.
The moco is about making $$$$$ and what ever sells and produces the numbers will stay and what does not won't.

I don't get all these statements like this. Over the past 3 years or so, the RGs have out sold Ultra Classics at least in this part of the country.
Talking to my GM today, I asked again and the response I got was 2-fold
1. There is "rumor" of a 980 unit production of a black CVO RG
2. Won't know anything concrete until August at the meeting.

That took some doin'.
All I'm saying is maybe you ought to get used to the idea that they may not come back.
There is always that possibility.
That's it, nothin' more, nothin' less.
T'is what it t'is.
Nothin' to get your panties in a bunch over.
