Default Zumo 660 wiring question

For you all that have the Zumo 660, how did you wire it? Did you run the harness under the tank? Use the fuse connection wire provided? How did you make the wiring job look good?

I wired mine near the headlight connector under the fairing. There's an extra connector their just for something like the GPS. If you are mounting the GPS permanently, this is the best way to go.

No fairing. Road King. Instructions say to wire to fuse block on left side.

I used the spare accessory outlet under the seat rather than mess with the fuse box. Adding wires to the fuse box is a PIA.

I haven't done it yet, but I'm having my dealer install a 12v power port from the accessory connector under the seat to the nacelle area. I'm having other stuff installed so it's done all at once. Doing this so I can use the 12v for other stuff and use the accessory switch to power on. I'm also gonna use the GPS car mount so I can easily disconnect the GPS and mount it on the pic attached.

I think others with an RK have connected using the leads under the nacelle.

Even though they say it shouldn't be done, I wired my 665 inside of my handlebars and wired it to the wires near my headlight. Works great. Comes on when I turn on the bike and shuts down when I turn it off.
