Need torque setting for rear shock bolts

Interesting thread considering Im soon about to install my new Revo-A Shocks.
Manual says for my 2019 RG 63-70 ft lbs with the large OEM washer in place,
Discarding the large OEM washer and using Legends supplied spacers, I will set my torque to 40 ft lbs come the install.

It’s a hardened steel bolt going into steel frame threads. I don’t get too worked up about it and tighten them down nice and snug. I get picky about torque settings with bolts going into aluminum or other soft metals and special applications like head bolts.
