Tool Kit?
In a group you have the advantage of guys carrying a little bit each.
Screwdrivers, vice grips, pliers, flashlight, magnet, 5/8 wrench, T27 torqx bit, zip ties, duct tape (about 6 feet wrapped around some cardboard), tire plug kit, can of fix a flat, a cr2032 battery, some spare fuses.
You are most likely not going to make a roadside repair. You will make a quick fix to get you going. Wecanonly do so much on the side of the road.

I've got the tool kit that came with my bike. I carry a few zip ties, mini flash light & extra key fob batteries. I carry in my wallet credit cards, AAA top shelf towing service card, HOG towing card & Extended Warranty. Also my cell phone.
I need room for the 'FireBall Whiskey' bottles.

Kobalt metric/standard tool kit in a bag that has: wrenches, sockets, nut drivers, screwdriver with bits. Added t-handle metric/std Allen bits, and ball end 3/8" drive extended bits, multipiece security bit set. Also carry a plug kit, c02 canisters and chuck, and a 12v compressor. Some electrical tape, LocTite, zip ties, crescent wrenches, oil filter wrench, spare key fob batteries, spanner for adjusting the rear shock preload, and finally a zippo with extra gas. Also carry a few extra parts in case my aftermarket oil cooler starts to leak I can go back to the factory setup.
+1 Have used my Windzone tool kit to fix an assortment of problems on my riding buddies' bikes. They don't carry tools because they know I will have what they need.
