If you are looking for "low cost" and just a "little more sound," check out tkepple03 on eBay. I bought a set way back in '06 for my Ultra and have been quite satisfied. I bought the "stage two".
He takes stock mufflers, removes the baffle plates, and depending on what you want for sound, part of the baffle itself from the inlet end.
I called him direct, and he gave me a better deal by by-passing eBay. He was also able to remove the cat in the '06 stock tour mufflers which had a cat in the right muffler. At the time I bought mine, you could send him your stock mufflers and get a quick turnaround.
I ordered some of the fake CFRs from them last week and they got here in 4 days. I am real happy with them but it might be a diff story if I needed to return. Sounds like that is where they suck.
