Some one did this or that and dropped their motorcycle.
Do you think anyone that drops their motorcycle on a public street or intersection should be given a ticket for not having control of their vehicle?
It's gonna tie up traffic, create a hazard, and its pretty dang dangerous.
I know to some touring bikes are really weight sensitive and hard to manage but is that a good enough reason.
what do you folks think?
Yes. There are not nearly enough ordinances on the books, and the police need more excuses to harass motorcyclists. Someone need to get outside and work on their bike if they have one.

touring bikes are "hard to manage"? Really?
DO you stay up at night thinking about stupid crap?
When your Vette breaks down maybe we should give you a ticket for being dumb enough to but a Vette. LOL some people should not type while drinking, such a stupid question was the OP on crack at the time of this post?
Sure, what the hell. Let's come up with a few more shall we? How about a ticket for having both feet down at a light, obviously you don't have the required skills to balance the bike safely! Oh, how about a care and control ticket for changing position within a designated lane? Cars can't pick which side they can drive on, why should we?
Really man? If someone drops their bike, the last thing they need is to get slapped with a ticket. Wonder if you'd feel that way if it was you that had a "Whoops" moment??????
