fuek gage stopped working

Default fuek gage stopped working
my fuel gage on an 09 street glide stopped working today. the gauge shows full, the odomoter show the range to be Low and the fuel light is on.


any ideas, is this a common problem?

I've had 3 Harley's and the gas gauge is a guess. My 2012 SG is my currant one and I just do the math on how far I can go on 6 gallons. The light seem to work ok though.

i can live without a gas gauge but my low fuel light stays on all the time on my speedo and it bugs the crap out of me.

i dont really want to take it into the dealership but i guess i will if i have to.

since my gauge is pegged on full and my speed shows low fuel i would think it is an electrical problem.
