Not to worried about the clutch pull...I hope this will sole the problem. The bike only has 5500miles on it and I don't make it a habit of riding the clutch. Just another question, I will have it all apart anyway, is it worth me changing the friction plates to the 9 plate SE system? I think that's what I was reading....I don't think I need to replace the basket as well..... again, any info would be great. Thanks again!
One thing for sure Harley got it right is the clutch just need to use appropriate spring for your setup and there are few can serve your purpose cheaply and effectively. Our 2 bikes with 103" SE 255 cams, mine 07 UC has SE cause I'm heavier and some time ride 2 up and wife's 08 UC has a stock 2010 Limited spring which is little easier for her to grab and always solo and very light load.

Not if your happy with just cams. But if your like me and like to go in stages because of money than it wouldn't hurt.
I started with cams in my 96" and my clutch started slipping. So knowing that eventually I would be adding a big bore and head work I went ahead and did the the extra plate kit ( Barnett not Harley) as well as the SE heavy spring and an AIM VPC 92P. Never slipped again, and I did get up to a 106 with stage two heads and cams. I only changed it out for the 120R because I liked what I read about the bandit clutch and had the money to blow. I did run that set up with my 120R for about 10'000 miles before I changed it out and it never slipped.
On a side note the VPC might lock up too tight in 1st and 2nd gear not allowing you to shift until the RPMs come down when your really getting on it. Embarrassing when red light racing a buddy out in the country!
If you want my vote I would change to the extra just because like you said you'll be in there anyways!
My "bulletproof" drive line. After noticing one problem after another with the increased engine output, here is my final solution.
JIMS trapdoor with wider bearings and upgraded shift fork shafts, Barnett Scorpion with lock-up pressure plate, 2014 SE Compensator with oiling tray, and Compensaver oiling tray. That should do.
Looks good... but why wouldn't you change out that stock tensioner for a Hayden?
Not sure about the Hayden but the Baker tensioner didn't work with the Compensaver. Besides, I've checked my chain tension on a few occasions and it was always within specs with the stock tensioner.
