Default Replacing spoke wheels

Want to replace my 2013 Road King spoke wheels with wire wheels. Have been on Craigs list and E-bay and find a lot of wheels & tires off of FLHX's but the frt wheel is a 18" vs my stock 17". Rear is the same size. Also have found some Road King Classic wheels,2009 & up,but the frt wheel on those is a 16" wheel.Question is has anyone put Street Glide or RK Classic wheels and tires on a 2009 & up standard Road King.

The 16", 17" and 18" stock front Touring wheel/tyre combos are all the same rolling diameter. They may feel slightly different while riding, but you should be fine with whichever one you decide on.

So what your saying is the stock recommended tire for that particular rim is either taller or shorter compared to the tire on the 17" rim which makes the tire diameter the same for a 16",18" or a 17" rim.I have checked the tire size for the RK,Street Glide and the Classic and see all end with a 65H for the 17" rim,67H for the 16" rim and 63H for the 18" rim.So that must be the height of the tire??

Each rim diameter uses a tyre the same 130 width, however they are of different profile, so a 16" is 130/90 (stock MT), 17" is 130/80 and 18" is 130/70. In the figures you mention the number is the load rating and the 'H' is speed rating.

WWW's may not be available in all sizes, FYI.
Why not look to the aftermarket for the size and style you like?

FWIW the regular road king came with optional wire wheels in 17" diameter.
