Default HID Upgrade

I finally got a chance to add the socal HID upgrade to my roadglide and must say i am very pleased. Install incredibly simple (hardest part is fairing removal and reinstall). Price was right, they are much brighter and better viewing than Halogens. Here is link if anyone interested

You'll never go back to zenon.
Looks like you chose the 6 or 7K.

You may have more light output, but without utilizing a projector you will blind oncoming traffic because the reflector optics are intended for halogen bulbs. I've seen many, both vehicles and motorcycles, who run them without issue in traffic, but I always want to head slap the guys running these when I encounter them on 2 lane roads.

How does one find a projector setup for a Roadglide, Ive never seen one. Agree on the blinding light so I adjusted mine down lower.

It has Hi/Low and we checked adjustment and does not have blinding effect aces25 commented about so he will need to holster his hand for someone else.

I had the hi/lo but the solenoid was jammed into the fairing bracket and finally broke. I replaced with lo beam only and no more issues even realized you dont need a hi beam with these

Love mine as well - you could have installed it without removing the fairing but now you know how to remove/install that fairing :-)

How so? I have tried and it was almost impossible to pop the green tabs without messing something up.
