Why drain and replace? Drain it into a clean container, swap out the cover and put the oil back in. Don't over think this.

Go to Wally World & get some Shell Rotella 10W-40. It will work great!

I'd put the old oil back in it but if you buy new oil make sure its motorcycle rated. Thats your clutch in there and it needs motorcycle rated oil. I use Mobile 1 V Twin oil

drain and re-use -- its only got a little mileage on it -- I've done it before

don't worry about mixing good quality oils -- just make sure in the primary that you don't use regular automotive engine oil as the friction modifiers may not allow the clutch to work properly

Yup, I've been using the T6 for quit some time and it's the smoothest. Tried many variations and the least noisy is the Rotella....I change mine out every 2k on both our bikes.

Like mentioned, since your oil is so new I would drain and reuse. Drain into a clean container and be careful pouring it back in. You can use any motorcycle rated oil in the primary like Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W-50. I prefer H-D Formula+ in mine. Just make sure to fill to your bikes dry fill spec since you've had the outer primary cover off.

Just drain it into a clean pan and put it back in after you change the cover.
