No fuel to cylinders
I have a 2007 electra glide with a 103. My fuel pump is priming and I am getting spark, but no fuel to the cylinders. The self diagnostics code shows P1356.I am new to electric fuel injection, and could use some advice on what to look for.

When is the last time the filter was changed? Hole in the rubber line inside the gas tank? If the filter is clogged, its not gonna push fuel, if the line has a hole in it, its just gonna suck air, that's my red neck guess and I am gonna stick to it, lol. Hope you figure it out. So today I was up in my shop trying to find anything that could be the problem. Since the bike showed no symptoms of a bad fuel filter I was not going to just go buy one and stick it in. (Throwing money at a prob doesn't always fix it.) I started by pulling the fuel line off the tank and pressing the seed valve to check that there was fuel in the line, which there was. The next thing I did was clear the code. After clearing the code I checked to see if the bike would start. Sure as **** it did. I don't know if I just got lucky or maybe clearing the code fixed the problem.
