After using imports for the past 20 years, CHP is returning to specially prepped H-D's by Oakland Harley.

We could do with some detective work on what the "upgraded suspension" is! Might save some of us a lot of effort if we have a model upgrade that we can copy.

Actually, I think they rode Kawasaki bikes in the tv show, but your point isn't wasted!

I think it consists of heavy duty fork and shock springs to compensate for all the doughnuts these guy eat.

Yep, they rode Kawasaki 1000 Police bikes.
