Here's the only help I can give you. I was on a charity ride in that area last summer and was talking with a guy who had extensive work done at American in North Tonawanda. He had nothing but good things to say about their service department.

American Harley is very good and you can trust them.
Also, Stans, in Batavia is excellent and has the lowest hourly rates. Worth the ride.
And, Gowanda Harley is another well run family owned dealership. Well worth the ride there also.

Buffalo harley is on Bailey ave. and they have a second location in orchard park, I think that is called Southtowns harley. Most of the comments I hear about them are very strong, either love them or hate them. Not a lot of middle ground. We are fortunate to have a lot of good choices in WNY. I do my own maintenance but when I need tires or warranty work I take a ride in the country to Stans in Batavia.
