On a 2003 Electra Glide Classic there is supposed to be a grease nipple for the steering head bearing on the left side according to the manual---( page 2-69 figure 2-84 steering head bearing grease fitting)
I look but the bike doesn't have it. What gives with the diagram if the bearings are sealed or am I blind?

Tis a bitch to see and get to unless you change it to a 45* zerk. Take a flashlight and look up in there.

your book is correct, there should be a zerk fitting on the left side of the steering neck.

Must be a factory defect then, because that neck is as smooth as my wifes -----! At least on the left side where the diagram says it's supposed to be. I've taken a flashlight and looked all over the neck to no avail, unless the drawing is wrong and it's behind the headlight which I can't see.
