Kuryakyn trigger levers, bought wrong model?
I was so excited to find the trigger levers at the dealer today, that I didn't even look at the part # and it turns out I bought p/n1022 for 96-06 when in fact i should have bought 1029's for my 07 Streetglide. Anyone know the differences. Sure look similar to factory ones but want to know for sure before I go and buy some c-clip pliers. Thanks in advance
LOOK AT THE LEFT ONE - On the '07 there is a switch in both housings... The one on the left (clutch side) is a kill switch and will not allow you to start the bike in-gear without the clutch being depressed...
question has been answered. i ran into the same thing on the triggers i tried to put on my 'o7 UC. just exchange them since the '07s were out quite awhile before Kuryakyn corrected/updated their catalog and listed the '07 only levers.

That is the only difference, the bottom left hand ocntrol. I did the same thing and thought i was getting a deal for $65 then i found out they wouldn't work luckly i was able to trade just the lower pieces because everything else is the same
